WHAT IS AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION?

The American Marketing Association (AMA) is a professional association for individuals and organizations who are leading the practice, teaching, and development of marketing worldwide. Our principal roles are:

  • Serving as a conduit to foster knowledge sharing

  • Providing resources, education, career and professional development opportunities

  • Promoting and supporting marketing practice and thought leadership

Through relevant information, comprehensive education and targeted networking, AMA assists marketers in deepening their marketing expertise, elevating their careers and ultimately, achieving better results.

With over 20,000 members around the world, only the AMA offers the global insights and perspectives you need to be a successful marketing professional in this rapidly changing industry.

AMA provides you with a world of opportunities to expand your knowledge, build your skill sets, and connect with the largest marketing community in the world. No other organization offers the cross-disciplinary perspectives that the AMA provides, including marketing knowledge and connections, not just within your field and your category, but across the spectrum of business around the globe.
